6th Annual Executive Function Conference Preview – Part 2

Hello everyone, Elizabeth here! Welcome to Part 2 of our preview of ResearchILD‘s, 6th annual Executive Function Conference. You can read Part 1 here.

As I wrote in part 1, the conference proper is on October 23. However, we at SMARTS Online are super excited because for the first time ever we are offering, as part of the conference, an in person SMARTS Executive Function Curriculum training! This training is for all teachers and administrators working with grades 6-12 students. This hands-on training is really the best way to prepare to teach the SMARTS curriculum.

Learning Outcomes for the SMARTS Online Workshop
  • Familiarize yourself with the 30 SMARTS Online lesson plans with specific ways of incorporating these into your classrooms.
  • Participate in modeled lessons.
  • Build connections between the SMARTS Online curriculum and other academic courses in your school.
  • Become a part of the larger SMARTS Online community.
  • Learn about additional resources for teaching executive function strategies.

 

 Registration for the SMARTS Workshop is $100. Receive $25 off if you register for both the conference and the workshop.
