Executive Function, Motivation, and Effort: The Cornerstones of Resilience and Success
The conference has now passed!
During this 27th Annual Learning Differences conference, we will examine cutting-edge methods for individualizing the teaching process to address the needs of diverse learners. The program will emphasize current work on executive function, motivation, effort, and resilience. Novel approaches will be discussed for individualizing instruction and teaching effective strategies across the grades in different domains including reading, writing, math, and content area subjects.
The conference will include a combination of plenary sessions and smaller concurrent sessions to provide opportunities for in-depth discussion with faculty. The program will emphasize the application of theory and research to educational practice.
This conference is designed for professionals in education, psychology, child development, speech and language pathology, school psychology, and other related fields.
The 27th Annual Learning Differences Conference has now passed. Please join us next year and check out the ResearchILD Executive Function Conference on October 19, 2012 at the National Heritage Museum in Lexington, MA.
